Ingredients: 

  • juice of half a lemon 
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary 
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey 
  • few slices of orange and lemon for decoration 

Instructions: 

  1. In a pot, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. 
  1. Add the sprig of rosemary and heat over low heat for 10 minutes to allow the rosemary to release its aroma. 
  1. Add maple syrup or honey and stir. 
  1. Remove the rosemary, pour the punch into glasses, and garnish with pieces of pineapple and orange. 

2. Christmas orange punch with ginger and cloves – festive fruit Christmas punch

Ingredients: 

  • 1 piece of fresh ginger (about 2 cm), sliced thinly 
  • 2-3 cloves 
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup or honey 
  • orange slices for decoration 

Instructions: 

  1. In a pot, heat the orange juice. Add the ginger slices and cloves. 
  1. Heat over low heat for about 10 minutes, without bringing it to a boil. 
  1. Add date syrup or honey and stir until dissolved. 
  1. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of orange and cloves. 

3. Spicy punch with raspberries and orange – refreshing fruit Christmas punch

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries 
  • 1 piece of cinnamon stick 
  • 2-3 cloves 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup 
  • few slices of orange for decoration 

Instructions: 

  1. In a jug, combine red fruits juice and orange juice. 
  1. Add raspberries and gently crush them to release their juice. 
  1. Add honey or agave syrup and mix thoroughly. 
  1. Add the cinnamon stick and cloves. Heat over low heat for about 10 minutes, without bringing it to a boil. 
  1. Once the drink is slightly warmed, remove it from heat and strain through a sieve to remove the spices. 
  1. Pour into glasses, garnish with orange slices, and optionally add cinnamon or cloves.
