Temperatures are rising and it is getting more difficult to do some particular sports in such conditions. Long runs or daily bike rides are often out of the question due to unbearable heat. 1. Hiking
Hiking in the mountains is a suitable activity in the summer, at most if part of the route is either in the woods or at higher altitudes, where you are not in danger of heat. But beware of sunburn, the mountain sun can surprise you.
2. Swimming
Whether you have an outdoor swimming pool or an indoor pool nearby, there is nothing better on a hot summer day than to take a dip in the colder water. If you have chosen an outdoor swimming pool, do not forget to protect yourself from the sun.
3. Beach volleyball
The sand and the sun go hand in hand. Beach volleyball can be much more challenging than indoor volleyball, as moving in the sand is more difficult than on the flat ground. Enjoy a nice game with friends and collect vitamin D from the sun.
